carrot 1/2 cup chopped finely
pepper powder 1 tsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp

method :

method :
- in a mixing bowl take chicken strips and add ginger garlic powder , salt and pepper powder mix well set aside for 30 minutes to marinate .
- later heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken and sauté for 2 to 4 minutes ,add chopped cabbage chopped carrot and green peas and sauté , cover and cook for 2 minutes .
- add pineapple chunks , salt , crumbled chicken cubes , rice, soya sauce , sesame oil and mix well .
- add 2 cup water (according to rice )and cover and cook till done .
- remove in a platter garnish with celery and serve hot .
