method :
- in a large mixing bowl take chicken pieces add salt , ginger garlic paste , and lemon juice , mix all gently . and marinade it for 20 minutes .
- after that add roasted gram flour , pepper powder , crushed chilly crushed cumin , butter ,white pepper powder , pistachio and almond powder mix well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in fridge for over night .
- in a pan heat cooking oil and add chopped onion and sauté till it get golden brown color . add marinated chicken and cover and cook for 20 minutes or when oil comes out and chicken get cooked .
- place the chicken over a baking tray and put cheese over it . and grill it in oven for 5 minutes .
