crispy chicken salad

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time :  2 minutes 





ingredients :



chicken breast                  3 to 4 washed
mayonnaise                        1 tbsp
black pepper powder         1 tsp
olive oil                               1 tsp
carrot                                 1 cup finely chopped (optional)
iceberg lettuce leave             4 to 5 roughly chopped
Romaine Lettuce                    5 to 6 roughly chopped
red pepper                          1/2 chopped
walnut                                  1 cup chopped
almonds                                peeled 1 tbsp
crushed red chilly                  1/2 tsp
lemon juice                            2 tbsp
poppy seeds                          1 cup





method :

  • in plate take chicken breast as shown in picture and put 1 tbsp lemon juice salt and crushed chilly on it and let it marinate for 15 minutes .
  • heat up griller and and put some oil on it .
  • now take poppy seeds in a plate and dip the chicken on both the side and grill the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes on both the side (don't over cook chicken )
  • remove in plate and cut into small pieces .







  • in a bowl take 1 tbsp mayonnaise add 1 tbsp lemon juice ,and crushed red chilly and pepper powder and mix well . add few drops of water and mix well .
  • now put roughly chopped lettuce leaves in it and mix well .



  • heat up a pan and toast the walnut , and then almond pieces .avoid burning toss the almond so they toast evenly.



  • now add the walnut and almonds and chicken piece into lettuce bowl . mix well . 


  • ready to use and any burger , fast food or u can eat it in  dinner and lunch as salad .
