ingredients :
prawns medium size 20
salt to taste
flour 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
grated coconut 1 bowl
beaten egg +salt 1 egg
garlic salt a pinch
lemon juice 1 tbsp
oil to fry
sate stick as required
method :
- remove tale from prawns .take it in a bowl . and add flour , red chilly powder , lemon juice and marinate it for half hour .and put it on sate stick .
- in a different bowl beat up egg add salt .
- in bowl take grated coconut .
- now in a pan heat up oil
- 1st dip prawns into egg then in the grated coconut bowl .. cover the prawn with coconuts very well by using palm .
- now deep fry it in oil . till it get golden color ....remove in plate
- ready to serve ..
