purpose flour 2 tbsp
green chilly 2 finely chopped
grated ginger 1/2 tsp
grated garlic 1/2 tsp

gram flour 4 tbspsalt to taste

method . :
- take all the ingredients (not oil ) in large bowl and mix well .
- heat up oil in a pan and with the help of your palm make small balls of mixture .
- fry this balls in oil on medium flame . and serve hot
