Preparation time : 10 minutes
ingredients :
chicken breast 4 big pieces
onion 2 tsp ( finely chopped )
mint leafs (crushed )
curd 1 cup
cheese 2 big table spoon
lemon juice
green chilly 2 tsp
ginger 2 tsp ( crushed )
garlic 2 tsp ( crushed )
paprika powder 2 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 4 tsp
capsicum 1 tsp chopped finely
coriander leafs 1 tbsp
salt to taste .
oil
to garnish :
lettuces leaf 1
roasted almonds 2 tbsp
green onion 1 tbsp finely chopped
coriander leaf 1 tsp
method :
- in bowl take curd , onion 1 tsp chopped , green chilly 2 tsp , 1/4 tsp garlic , 1/2 red chilly powder mashed, salt , red chilly powder ,crushed mint leafs , 2 big tsp cheese .green chilly paste 1 tsp , and 1 tsp ginger paste mix well and set aside
- take chicken breast pieces and .. cut the chicken in the middle part like pocket , must make deep cut ,(pocket )
- fill the above marinated mixture in the chicken pockets .
- now it need to be marinate . but before marination we must make cut on the top of the chicken so that it chicken will absorb the flavor of mixture and cook well.. as shown in the picture.
- now on the top of the chicken need to rub some paprika powder (or you can use red kashmiri chilly powder ) . pinch of salt and lemon juice and oil , rub well
- now marinate it for two hours . and bake it only 15 minutes . garnish it with green coriander and spread some (kesar) saffron water , roasted almonds , spring onion on that .. its ready to serve
