Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
ingredients :
chicken breast 2 chicken ( boneless chicken cut in small cubes )
corn flour 4 tsp
salt to taste
soya sauce 2 tbsp
white vinegar 1 tbsp
green chopped chilly 2 finely chopped
garlic 15 to 20 finely chopped
ginger 1 inch finely chopped
spring onion 1/4 cup chopped
oil to fry chicken
tomato catchup 1 tbsp
green chilly sauce 1 tsp
preparation :
- in a bowl take chicken pieces , salt ,red chilly powder, 2 to 3 tsp corn flour and 1 tsp dark soya sauce mix well .
- heat up oil in pan and deep fry the chicken
- remove it from pan till at get nice orange color.
for gravy :
- in a deep fry pan heat up oil . add chopped garlic fry for one minute on hight flame .
- add green chilly .
- add spring onion fry for few seconds .
- add brown sugar , soya sauce ,tomato catchup , white vinegar ,green chilly sauce mix well cook for 2 minutes .
- add red chilly powder / again cook for one minutes .
- add 1/4 cup of water and cook 4 one minute
- add deep fried chicken cook for 5 minutes .
- add corn flour water and cook for 5 minuets by continuous tau-sing .
- remove in serving plate and garnish with spring onion .
