ingredients :
paneer/cottage cheese 200 gm
tomato puree 2 cup
butter 2 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 2 tsp
cumin seed 1/4 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
tomato ketchup 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup
milk cold 1/4 cup
fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
gram masala 1/2 tsp
cream 2 tsp
green chilly 1( to garnish )
preparation :
- in a big pan heat up butter . add ginger garlic paste , 1/4 cumin seeds. avoid burning .
- put flame on low . add red chilly powder , cumin powder , salt , coriander powder, add tomato puree .mix well
- add 1/2 sugar , and 1 big size tomato catchup . cook this for 7 minutes . till mixture remove oil .
- add up water 1/4 cup .
- add paneer mix well .
- add 1/4 cup milk . (milk must be cold )
- add kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves ).and garam masala . gently handle the mixture .remove in a serving plater garnish with coriander leaf and green chilly
- 2 big spoon cream ... ready to serve with bread
