chicken tikka



preparation time :15 minutes
cooking time   :10 minutes 
















ingredients :


chicken breast                1 cup chopped in 1 inches cubes
hunk curd                       1/2 cup
tandoori masala               1 tsp
cumin powder                   1/2 tsp
coriander powder              1/2 tsp
red chilly powder             1/4 tsp
ginger paste                      1 tsp
garlic paste                        1 tsp
mustard oil                         1 tsp
lemon juice                         2 tbsp
salt to taste
ketchup                             1 tbsp
soya sauce                         1 tbsp
green chilly paste                  1 tbsp
onion                                    1 chopped in 1 inch cubes or triangle
green capsicum                     1 chopped in 1 inch cubes or triangle
sate stick                               10 to 15
oil to fry or brush




method :



  • take all the ingredients in a large bowl mix well and cover the bowl with plastic wrapper and set it into fridge to marinate at least for 2 hours ..


  • put all the sate stick into chilled water for 1/2 hour before making or frying .


  • put the chicken pieces , onion and capsicum on by one as shown in picture .


  • heat up griller brush some oil and grill it on both the side for 2 minutes till chicken get cook .dont over cook it.
  • remove in a plate and serve with any sauce, chutney and lemon .
