schezwan fried rice

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  30 minutes 








ingredients :


cooked rice                      3 bowl
oil                                      2 tbsp
chopped garlic                   3 to 5 clove   finely chopped
green capsicum                  1/2  medium finely chopped
1 medium cabbage               1/2 finely chopped
green onion                        2 onions  finely chopped
white pepper                       1 tbsp
French beans                       12 to 15 finely chopped
tomato ketchup                  1 tbsp
soya sauce                          1 tbsp
salt to taste                          pinch
vinegar                                 1 tbsp
schezwan sauce                   1 tbsp
carrot                                   1 medium finely chopped    



method :



  • heat up oil non stick pan  add chopped garlic cook for one minute
  • add green capsicum , cabbage , green onion .carrot and French beans  and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes .
  • add salt , pepper powder , tomato ketchup , schezwan sauce , soya sauce and mix well .
  • add cooked rice and toss the pal with vegetables .
  • add vinegar as per your taste . 
  • remove in a plate and garnish with left  green onion.
  • serve hot .
