ingredients :
chicken leg pieces washed and skin removed 1 kg
ginger paste 2 tsp
garlic paste 2 tsp
curd 1 cup water removed
cumin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
purpose flour 1 tsp
garam masala
red color 1/4 tsp
chilly powder 1 tsp
tandoori masala 1 tsp
egg ( we required only 2 to three tsp not entire egg ) 1
salt to taste
lemon juice 1
oil to fry or u can grilled it in oven
preparation
- make small small cuts by using knife on chicken leg pieces
- for the marination in a bowl take chicken leg pieces add curd , lemon juice , cumin powder , coriander powder , chilly powder and paste , ginger garlic paste food color ,egg mixture , tandoori masala purpose flour and mix well
- set this in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
- now i a fry pan heat up oil
- deep fry the chicken pieces on it on medium flame so that chicken get cooked easily. this mouth watering dish is ready to serve
