ingredients :
keema( mutton mince) 300 gram
coriander powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
onion 1 big size finely chopped
tomato 2 chopped
salt to taste
bay leaf 1
green peas 1/2 cup
Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
black cardamom 1
garam masala 1 tsp
black paper 4 to 5
green chilly 2
fresh coriander leaf to garnish 1 tbsp
oil 3 to 4 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tsp
mint leaf for garnish 2 tbsp
preparation :
in a pan heat up tbsp oil add keema(mutton mince) fry for 1 minute till col
for change , add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder , 1/4 tsp salt , 1/4 turmeric powder fry for 3 more minutes . remove it from flame
for gravy
- in a different pan heat up 2 tbsp oil
- add ginger garlic paste fry on slow flame for 1/2 minute .
- add Cinnamon stick bay leaf black pepper ,and finely chopped onion . fry it till onion change the color to light brown .
- add tomato , 1 tsp coriander powder , 1 tsp cumin powder , 1/2 tsp turmeric powder sauté for 3 to 4 minutes .
- add peas and keema (mutton mince) . and 1 cup water salt cover pan for 15 minutes . till oil comes out from keema(mutton mince) .
- add garam masala .
- add 1 tsp lemon juice .
- and garnish it with green fresh coriander and mint leafs and serve hot with naan / bread .
