Shezwan sauce

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  10 minutes 








ingredients :


dried red chilly                  20 to 24 (soaked in water seed removed )
ginger                                1/4 tea spoon finely chopped
garlic                                 20 to 25 cloves finely chopped
oil                                      2 tbsp
sugar                                  1/4 tsp
soya sauce                          1/2 tsp
vinegar                                1 tsp
white pepper powder           1/4 tsp
salt to taste
chilly paste                           2 tsp (available in market )






method :

  • in a mixture grinder grind the  soaked chilly (seed removed ) make fine paste .
  • in a pan heat up oil . add chopped ginger and garlic .and sauté very well till garlic get cooked very well.
  • add prepared  red chilly paste and sauté very well till oil comes out add salt . add chilly paste
  • add sugar  vinegar and soya sauce , white pepper powder in above written quantity .saute
  • add 1/4 cup of water mix well .





  • mix well and remove in bowl
