ingredients :
chicken breast 300 gram
chilly sauce 2 tbps
corn flour 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
green capsicum cut ed in cubes 1/2 cup
green chilly 2 to 3
fresh coriander leafs to garnish
oil to fry
salt to taste
egg white 2 tbsp
white vinegar 2 tsp
marination :
300 gram chicken breast1 tbsp egg white
salt
chilly sauce 2 tsp mi x well
add corn flour 3 tsp mix well
marinate for 1/2 hour
in a pan heat up oil for deep frying chicken for two minutes . and remove it in a plate
for sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp white vinegar
mix well and set aside
preparation :
- in a different pan heat up oil 1 tsp grate
- d tsp and 1/2 tsp garlic
- add 1 big size onion cut ed into cubes
- add 1/2 cup capsicum
- add 2 green chilly fry on high flame for 3 minutes only
- add prepared sauce
- add 1/4 cup water
- add fried chicken in it
- sprinkle fresh coriander
- remove in serving plate serve hot . with steam rice .
