ingredients :
fresh paneer( cheese) 100 gram crumblemilk 2 cup
sugar 5 tbsp
green coriander 2
water 1/2 cup
nuts to garnish 1 cup
saffron water 1 tbsp
rose water 1 tsp
corn flour . 1/4 cup dissolved in chilled water
method
- in a pan heat up 1/2 cup water add 5 tbsp sugar and green coriander . cook till get water boiled and sugar get melt
- add crumbled cheese in it and cook for just one minute ( not more than this ). remove from flame and cool down .
- in a different pan . boil the 2 cup milk .ur paste . and add cheese mixture in it , cook for 3 minutes . add saffron water .remove from flame
