ingredients :
for 4 sandwiches :bread slices 6 to 8
potato boiled and sliced 1 potato
cucumber sliced 1
butter 2 tbsp
boiled egg 2 cover removed and sliced
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
green chilly sauce 2 tbsp
cheese slices 4
method:
- take bread slice ,finely rub butter then green chilly sauce than tomato ketchup on one side .
- put layer of cheese .
- put tomato slice , potato slice , and then cucumber slices, and egg slice respectively one by one .
- cover it with other bread slice
- cut horizontally ...
u may grill it . enjoy a healthy snack.
