Kheer ( rice pudding )

ingredients :


1 liter  milk
chopped almonds
basmati rice ( soaked in water for 15 minuts )
sugar 2 cup
kishmish (raisin ) 2 tsp
chironji  (charoli )1 tsp
 2 tsp  powder
2 tsp cashew nuts
Green cardamom powder 2 tsp
condensed milk half cup

preparation :








  • first boil the milk ..


  • as soon as its boiling add rice . mix well  .. let it be cooked at low medium heat  for 35 minutes . and stir it after 5 minutes .
  • add all the nuts , sugar , cardamom powder , almonds 
  • let it be cooked for 5 minutes more . 
  • its ready to serve . you can serve it warn . but if u want to serve it cold . first make it normal tempreture for one hour put it on refrigerator for one hour than that will be enough cold to serve . 


  • garnish with rose petal
