healthy burger

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time :  30 minutes 







ingredients :



chicken keema  1 cup
soya chunk  1/4 cup soaked in milk
salt to taste
lettuce leaf       2
tomato slice   3 to 4
ketchup           1 tbsp
green chilly     2 finely chop-ed
onion finely chopped     1 medium size
ginger garlic paste       tsp
mustard paste         tbsp
oil to fry
bun                      2





method  :

  • in mixture jar take soya chunk add some salt and make fine paste .
  • in a bowl take chicken keema , salt , chopped green chilly , finely chop-ed onion , and ginger garlic paste . mix them finely leave it for 10 minutes .
  • make round shape tortilla type kebabs of the chicken , it must be slighly bigger then bun .
  • heat some oil on  a pan , or griller . and fry the kebab on both side on low flame .



  • cut the bun horizontally . brush the soya paste on it 1st then mustard paste  put lettuce leaf .brush ketchup on it .
  • put layer of tomato slice , and cucumber slice 
  • then put bun . and cover with the other side on bun after brushing soya paste , sprinkle some black pepper powder . serve hot 
healthy breakfast is ready
