ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

garam masala powder 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tsp

method :
- in a blender jar take mutton/beef mince , add ginger garlic paste , salt , carom seeds , garam masala powder , green chilies , crushed pomegranate , butter , red chilly powder and run it .
- make shapes of kebabs out of the mixture .
- and deep fry it in oil . serve with roti or with rice or use it in nawabi rice platter .
