method :
- in a mixing bowl take refined flour 1 tbsp clarified butter , 1/2 tsp salt and add water as required make dough , knead by using palm . cover with plastic wrap and set aside for at-least 30 minutes .
- after that roll the dough and flatten it by using kitchen rolling pin . great 1 tbsp clarified butter over it and all the mint leaf and 1 tsp garlic paste then roll it . shown in picture .
- again roll each balls and flatten it make tortilla / roti shape .
- put it on frying pan and cook it . when it get nice golden color on one side flip it . grease 1 tbsp clarified butter over it , cook both the sides . until golden crisp . remove in a platter and serve with any chicken qorma , or any bhaji .
