ingredients :
chicken wings 10
salt to taste
lemon juice 2 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tbsp
BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
brown sugar 1 tsp
ketchup 1 tbsp
chilly sauce 2 tbsp
red chilly flakes 1 tbsp
butter 3 tbsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
oil to deep fry
parsley to garnish ( optional)
method :
- in a large mixing bowl take chicken wings add garlic paste , lemon juice , salt , and mix well over the chicken . marinate it for 1 hours in fridge .
- deep fry it in oil on slow flame . and set aside .
- now in a sauce pan put chilly paste , BBQ sauce , butter , garam masala , ketchup and allow it to get a boil .
- put fried chicken in sauce being cook and mix well . so take sauce get well coated with chicken .
- serve .
