method :
- take whole fish in a platter and rub 2 tbsp grated garlic over it , and salt , and marinate it for 2 hours in fridge .
- in a platter take refined flour and season t with pinch of pepper and salt .
- after that coat it with refined flour and and deep fry it in oil .
- remove in a platter and cut into pieces .
- spread schezwan sauce over the fried
fish , and garnish it with green onion .
