roughly grated potato 1 cup
chopped onion 1 cup
gram flour 3 tbsp
chopped green chilly 5
white cumin 1/2 tsp
crushed red chilly 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
green coriander leaf 2 tbsp
oil to fry
salt to taste
method :

method :
- in a large mixing bowl take roughly grated potato , chopped onion , gram flour , crushed white cumin , crushed chilly flakes , turmeric powder , baking powder , green coriander leaf , and season it with salt . mix well for at-least 5 to 8 minutes . or until all vegetables get soggy .
- heat oil in pan .
- and put 1 tbsp batter in oil . like pan cake . deep fry it until golden crisp.
- remove in a platter and serve . with ketchup .
