Cheesy Chicken & Spinach Stuffed Shells



preparation time :  15 minutes
cooking time : 35 minutes












ingredients :


jumbo pasta shells             1
oil                                               1 tbsp
tomato sauce                           1 cup
chicken breast                       1 cup chopped 
dried parsley                          1 tsp
salt to taste 
spinach                                  1 cup chopped 
pepper powder                      1 tsp
Italian seasoning                      1/2 tsp
garlic                                       1 tbsp grated 
onion                                       1 medium size chopped 
soft cheese                               1 cup
mozzarella cheese                1 cup
Parmesan cheese               2 tbsp grated 
mayonnaise                        1 tbsp
egg                                           1 beaten 




preparation for pasta shells :


  • boil water in a heavy bottom pan when water start boiling add salt and  add pasta shell and cover the pan and cook for 8 minute on slow flame .
  • drain the water and immediately put the pasta shell into chilled water drain it and arrange the pasta shells into baking tray .and set a side .

preparation of chicken 
  • take chicken pieces and sprinkle pepper powder and marinate for 15 minutes .
  • heat up oil in a pan add garlic and stir now add onion and sauté again for 1 minute . now add chicken pieces and sauté . cover the pan and cook again for 6 to 8 minute .
  • remove this into a bowl and set a side .

method :


  • take a bowl add mozzarella cheese , soft cheese , and Parmesan cheese and mix well . now add mayonnaise , salt , beaten egg ,pepper powder and dried parsley and again mix well .

  • add chopped spinach and chicken pieces and again mix well .

  • now fut this filling into pasta shells . 

  • now pour tomato sauce on baking tray then arrange pasta shell over it as shown in picture . again pour some tomato sauce on top of the pasta shells .

  • bake it for 30 to 35 minutes at 350  . 

  • remove it from microwave and again sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and gin bake it for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melt .
  • sprinkle some dried parsley . a healthy dinner is ready to serve.
