preparation time : 10 minutes
cooking time : 15 minutes
ingredients :
salt 1/2 tsp
onion 3 diced (medium size onion )
garlic 5 cloves roughly chopped
green chilly 2 finely chopped
- in a bowl take wheat flour ,add salt chopped garlic , finely chopped onion and green chilly and salt and mix well with hand for 5 minutes .
- now slowly add water and make fine dough .
- now divide the dough into 3 equally balls .
- with the help of kitchen roller make fine roti / chapati .it should be thick .
- heat up pan and cook it on both the side in slow flame .
- ready to eat . honestly saying you can eat it without any sauce , or gravy it so yummy .try it
