ingredients :
mayonnaise 2 tbsp
salt to taste
white pepper powder 1 tsp
chicken breast 1 cup boiled and chopped in one inches cubes .
lettuce leaves 2 to 3
canned pineapple 1 cup
method :
- take mayonnaise in a bowl add salt and pepper powder and mix well .
- add canned pineapple pieces . and mix well .
- add boiled chicken pieces.and mix well .
- add finely chopped lettuces leafs and mix well remove in a serving plate .
- a healthy salad is ready to use .
