ingredients :
for spicy water :
coriander leaves 1 cup roughly chopped
mint leaves 1/2 cup
green chilly 8 to 10
lemon juice 1
dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
pepper powder 1/4 tsp
red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
ice cubes 10 to 20
roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
for sweet water :
jaggery /sugar 1 tbsp
tamarind 3 tbsp
black salt 1/4 tsp
dates 6 to 6 seed removed
ice cubes 10
for filling :
puri 10 - 15
yellow peas ( mutter ) 1 cup soaked in water over night
salt to taste
turmeric powder 1 tsp
for spicy water :
- take a mixture jar add coriander leaves , mint leaves ,green chilly , and lemon juice and blend well in mixture jar .
- remove this into a bowl .
- add black salt , dry mango powder . roasted cumin powder , salt pepper powder /and red chilly powder and mix well .and add ice cubes and water . and taste it
- take jaggery , tamarind ,dates and black salt into a mixture jar and run it .
- remove in a bowl and taste it .
- add water and ice cubes ,
for filling :
take yellow peas , salt , and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker ,add 1 glass water into it and boil it .
remove in a bowl and ready to use .
fill this into puri and dip into prepared water and serve immediately.
