Biscuit tempura



cooking time :10 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes 









ingredients :


eggs                        3 
plan flour                 1 cup
corn flour                 1 cup
dry flour                 1 cup
black pepper powder     1 tsp
white pepper powder         1 tsp
oil       for frying 
salt to taste 
left over biscuits            1  cup ( any )


method :
  • in a bowl take corn flour , 1 cup refined flour , salt to taste , pepper powder , white pepper powder , break all three eggs and make fine paste . mix well and avoid any lumps , 

  • now take all the biscuit 1st coat them with flour , and then dip into prepared batter then again coat with plain flour then dip in batter then again coat with flour

    and deep fry in oil . 
  • ready to serve .
