ingredients :
mutton 1/2 kg
water 1 cup
salt to taste
oil 1/2 cup
green chilly 4 to 5
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
chopped onion 3
cashew powder 2 tbsp ( 15 cashew paste )
red chilly powder 2 tsp
all spice powder 1 tsp
hung curd 1 cup
green coriander chopped 1 cup
saffron 1/2 tsp
method :
- in a cooker heat oil add mutton , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 10 minutes 2 cups of water and cover and steam .
- 1/4 cup oil in another pan add chopped onion sauté.
- take hung curd , cashew paste , 1/2 tsp garam masala mix well .add 2 tsp red chilly powder , mix well pour this into onion being cooked and stir for 4 to 5 minutes when oil comes out add cooked mutton and stir cover for 4 minutes allow the oil to comes out .
- green chilly green coriander and serve with naan .
