ingredients :
refined flour 1 cup
salt 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
chicken mince 400 grams
chopped green chilly 3
onion 1 finely chopped
garlic grated 2 tsp
soya sauce 2 tsp
coriander leaf 2 tbsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
water 4 cup
method :
- take chicken mince , salt , soya sauce , chopped green chilly , chopped onion , black pepper powder , fresh green coriander , grated garlic and mix well .
- now take the dough and make 6 to 8 small bowl of and flatten it with the help of kitchen roller .
- now in each flatten dough put the prepared chicken filling into it and fold it by using your fingers .
- get steamer ready . and place each prepared mom☺s on top and cover and steam them about 10 to 15 minutes .
- serve with chilly garlic sauce .
