ingredients :
chops 1/2 kg
salt to taste
bread crumbs 1 cup
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
egg 1
pepper powder 1 tsp
green chilly paste 1 tbsp
white flour 1 cup
oyster sauce 2 tbsp
papaya paste 3 tbsp
chilly sauce 2 tbsp
oil to fry
vinegar 2 tbsp
method :
- in a large mixing bowl take chops pieces add salt white vinegar , salt , ginger garlic paste , pepper powder , green chilly paste , oyster sauce , papaya paste mix well and set aside to marinate for 1 hour .
- now pressure cook it till chops get cooked (if there is excess water dry it out ).
- now in a plate break 1 egg . season it with pinch of salt and pepper . in separate platter take bread crumb sand flour in other platter .
- heat oil to fry . now first dip the chop in eggs mixture then in flour mixture then again in egg mixture then coat it with bread crumbs .
- deep fry it in oil until chopped get golden in color .
- remove in a platter and serve as lavish starter .
