cooking time : 5 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes .
ingredients :
vinegar 2 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
whole garlic cloves 5 -8
oregano 1/2 tsp
red chilly crushed 1 tsp
mayonnaise/fresh cream 1 cup
peri peri chillies 5-6
salt to taste
method :
- in a pan heat up oil add whole garlic , add salt ,crushed red chillies , peri peri chilly add vinegar . mix well , add fresh fresh cream and allow it to get a boil . then close the flame and allow it to get on room temperature .
- remove the garlic clove and place the mixture in food processor and make fine paste .
- peri peri sauce is ready .
