ingredients :
skinless boneless chicken breast 2
salt to taste
mayonnaise 2 tbsp
fresh cream 3 tbsp
chopped and roasted almonds 10-12
crushed walnuts 1/4 cup
raisins 1/6 cup
chopped apple 1
canned pineapple 1 cup
ground sugar 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
carrot 1 chopped
egg boiled 1 chopped
celery
1/2 cup optional
method :
- in a pan take 1/4 cup of water and place chicken breast in in add salt and cook 10 minutes on slow flame. after that cut the chicken pieces into slices and place it into a large mixing bowl .
- add chopped celery , chopped egg ,apple , pineapple chunks chopped carrots and toss all together .
- in another bowl take mayonnaise , cream sugar ,lemon juice , salt , and pepper powder and mix all the ingredients well .
- now pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss again .
- add roasted almonds , walnuts , and raisins and again give it a gentle toss .
- place this in fridge and serve when you want .
