kesari shrikhand


cooking time : nil
preparation time : 10 minutes 












ingredients :


hung curd                           1 cup
caster sugar                                3 tbsp
green cardamom powder              1/4 tsp
saffron water                                    1 tsp
cream                                              2 tbsp

garnish :

almond                    chopped 1 tbsp

chopped pistachio                1 tsp
saffron water                           1 tsp




method :
  • to prepare kesari shrikhand  whisk hung curd in a bowl add caster sugar , green cardamom , saffron water , cream and again whisk .
  • remove in a serving bowl and garnish it with saffron water , chopped pistachio , chopped roasted almonds .
