tikka boti masala


cooking time : 20 -30 minutes 

preparation time : 10 minutes 











ingredients :

mutton                     1 kg
onion                        2 chopped
curd                            1 cup
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste         1 tbsp
all spice powder             1 tsp
crushed red chilly             1 tsp
lemon juice                       2 tbsp
tikka masala                 1 tbsp
fresh chopped coriander leaf     2 tbsp
green chilly chopped              2
oil                                         1/2 cup
ghee                                         1/2 tsp
coal to simmer


method :
  • in a pan heat up oil add onion ginger garlic paste and sauté till onion get golden after that add mutton curd , lemon juice , crush red chilly , tikka masala , green chillies and sauté . 
  • add water and cover and cook for 17 minutes on slow flame . 
  • after that add fresh chopped coriander leaf , all spice powder , and stir till oil comes out . 
  • now heat a charcoal and place it in small bowl now place the bowl into cooked mutton and drop ghee over it . immediately cover the pan (do not allow smoke to go out ).leave it as it is for 20 minute 
  • then serve with naan or with steam rice .
