ingredients :
chicken breast 400 gram
curd 2 tbsp
tandoori masala 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1.5 tsp
roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
salt to taste .
method :
- in a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl .
- roll the chicken in flour mixture . then fry it in hot oil .
- remove in a bowl .
