method :
- marinate chicken with lemon juice red chilly powder salt ginger garlic paste , coriander powder cumin powder for 30 minutes .
- heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute , add marinated chicken and saute , cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes .
- set aside .
to prepare egg mixture :
- in a bowl break all eggs add salt to taste and beat gently . set aside .
to make chapati :

- make fine dough with refined flour , salt sugar , baking powder , water , and flour . cover with wrap set aside for 15 minutes .
- make small balls out of the dough. and make chapati .
- rub 1 tsp onion on chapati and fold it . again roll it
- now place it on pan and cook one side . flip and cook another side too .
- pour 3 tbsp egg mixture and again flip .
- remove in a platter .
assembling :
- now put prepared chicken , chopped tomato onion , chutney , beet rout ,corinder chopped , mint leaf,green chilly chopped and fold it .

method :
- in a pressure cooker take finely washed mutton pieces add ginger garlic paste , salt , green chilly paste and 1/2 cup of water cover and cook till mutton get fully boiled .
- now in a heaven bottom pan take 1/2 cup of oil put whole spices (cinnamon stick , pepper corns , green cardamom , black cardamom and stir it for 1 minute .
- add green chilly paste , ginger garlic paste and saute for a while add yogurt . kasoori methi and brown onion and salt . saute .
- add marinated chicken and cover and cook till chicken get done .
- in another pan add 1/8 cup of water . and pour all the mutton and chicken gravy over it .
- add prepared mutton with its gravy , chopped boiled eggs , kofta balls , and brown onion .
- place layer of boiled rice , sprinkle some brown onion .and kewra water , 1 tbsp clarified butter . tightly cover the pan .cook on high flame foe 6 to 8 minutes then on very slow flame for 15 minutes .
- remove in a platter and serve with any raita.

- in a grinder jar blend 6 tomatoes and 10-12 garlic cloves and run it . put this mixture over chicken pieces . add salt and lemon juice and too . mix all these well .and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate .
- after that heat 1 cup of oil in a pan add bay leaf , and finely chopped onion and sauté till onion get nice golden color . add 1/2 cup of water and allow it to get a boil .
- add 5 cloves , 10 whole black pepper , 1 tsp red chilly powder 1 tsp turmeric powder , and salt to taste . sauté for 2 to 4 minutes then add marinated chicken cover and cook for 15 minutes . add green coriander and green chilly .

- wash the plums gently and soak it in water for 30 minutes . when plum get soften remove the seeds and drain the water set aside .
method :
- heat 6 tbsp butter in a pan add chopped poato and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes . remove it and set aside .
- in the same pan add chopped onion , bay laf , cinnamon stick , whole black cardamom and stir till onion get golden color .
- add ginger garlic paste , coriander powder , cumin powder , garam masala powder , salt , red chilly powder stir fry for a while add mutton , curd , plums, tomato , and cover and cook till mutton get cooked .
- add potato , mint leaf , coriander leaf , and stir .
- add layer of cooked rice over it then pour 1 cup mil , spread fried onion , pinch of food color , green chilly , green coriander leaf , mint leaf and cover and cook on high flame for 10 minutes . then on slow flame for 10 minutes .
- remove in a platter and serve .

to prepare burger kebab :

- in a blender jar take mutton/beef mince , salt , pepper powder , roasted crushed cumin , roasted crushed coriander , onion , ginger garlic paste , pomegranate seeds , garam masala powder ., wheat flour , crushed chilly flakes , chopped green chillies , mint leaf and run it .after that take out this mixture in a large mixing bowl.
- break two eggs in it and mix well .
- make small kebabs out of the mutton mince .on the middle of the kebab stick 1 piece of tomato and stir fry both the side in pan .
- remove in a platter and set aside .
- cut the cheese slices in 4 parts . (or according to shape of your burger bun )
assembling :
- cut the burger buns and spread tamarind pulp over it .
- after that put salad leaf followed by cucumber slice , cheese slice , and then fried kebabs finely cover it with other slice of bun.
- bind them together with the help of fancy tooth pick .
- and enjoy a nice children's party with fancy burger .
