method :
- take chicken bread in a bowl add salt , crushed chilies flakes , crushed black pepper , Dijon mustard paste , soya sauce , crushed garlic and mix well .
- brush some oil over griller and place the breast piece on griller and brush oil on chicken too and cook on both the side .
- after that chop it with knife . and set aside .
assembling :
- cut the loaf length wise and spread 1 tbsp Dijon mustard paste over it then place salad leaf followed by cucumber tomato slice then add shredded cheese slice and add cooked chicken and press it with palm .
- pour some Dijon mustard paste on top and some shredded cheese serve .
