turmeric milk (haldi doodh)

ingredients :
turmeric powder 1 tsp
milk 1/2 liter
jaggery 1 tbsp
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
grated ginger 1 tbsp
water 1 cup
saffron pinch
method :
- in a sauce pan take 1 cup of water put grated ginger and turmeric powder when it starts boiling add milk and 1/2 cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes .
- add jaggry , cinnamon powder and again cook .
- strain it with the help of stainer . and serve immediately .
