preparation :
- soak the sate stick in chilled water for 30 minutes before use
- heat up a pan and dry roast gram flour on very slow flame continue stir while roasting . remove in a bowl set aside .
method :
- in a chopped jar take beef mince , papaya paste , salt , green chilly , ginger garlic paste , roasted gram flour , green coriander , green onion ,cumin powder , red chilly powder and run it . add 1 egg in it and again run for 1 more minute so that egg to get mix with the beef mixture .
- place them over sate stick and deep fry it in oil until it get golden color .
