american steak


cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 3














ingredients :

mutton / beef steak            3 
soya sauce                                   1/2 cup 
white vinegar                                    1 tbsp
pepper powder                                  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste                       1 tsp
oil                                    4 tbsp



for sauce :

ketchup              1/2 cup
soya sauce                       3 tbsp 
water                        3 tbsp

to serve with :

fries                    1 cup 
stir fried  cucumber               1
stir fried carrot ,              1 cup
stir fried tomato                 1 cup . 


method :  


  • bang mutton or beef piece with kitchen hemmer .

  • now put all the mutton / beef piece in a bowl and a marinate with ginger garlic paste , soya sauce , white vinegar , and pepper . for 2 hour at-least .

  • place them over grill pan and cook on both side till steak get fully  done .
  • remove in a platter and pour prepared sauce over it .serve with roasted vegetable and fries.

how to make tikka boti ( salli boti )

cooking time : 15 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:5

 


ingredients :

beef / mutton boneless               1/2 kg ( long in size ) 

ginger garlic paste                     1 tbsp
papaya paste                                1 tbsp 
green chilly paste                     1 tbsp
mint paste                           8 mint leaf 
garam masala powder         1/4 tsp
green coriander paste             1 tbsp
cream                                         1/2 cup 
egg                                           1 
refined flour                        1 /2 cup 
sate stick/ screwer's                  as required 
salt to taste 
oil to deep fry 

preparation :
  • marinate mutton / beef pieces , 
  • grind , mint , coriander leaf and green chillies together and make thick paste . 
  • break egg in a plate and add 3 to 4 drops of water and pinch of salt whisk . set aside . 
  • take refined flour in a platter and set aside . 


method :  
  •  take mutton pieces in a bowl add ginger garlic paste , mint , coriander , green chilly paste salt, garam masala powder  . and mix well marinate for 1 hour . 
  • later add 1/2 cup of cream and again mix well and marinate for 1 more hour . 
  • place the  marinated pieces over stick, coat each mutton/ beef stick in flour  and dip in egg mixture deep fry in hot oil on medium flame . flip when it get nice golden color . 
  • serve with any chutney .

crispy mince swirls at home

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 10










ingredients :



samosa patti                 6 full size 

for filling :

mutton/beef mince       400 grams 
vinegar                       2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste        1 tbsp
onion                            1 large finely chopped
oil                             4 tbsp
cumin powder              1/2 tsp
salt to taste 
chilly paste             1 tsp

   

others :

fresh cream          1/2 cup 
egg                      2 
foil paper              1 large 
oil                      to deep fry 


preparation :

for stuffing :

  • heat oil in a sauce pan add chopped onion and sauté till it get re lucent in color . add ginger garlic paste and stir for a while . then add mutton/ beef mince and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes . 
  • add vinegar , cumin powder , chilly paste , salt , and 1/4 cup of water and cover and cook till it get fully done . 
  • after that sauté till water get dried away .set aside .


for egg paste . 

  • in a bowl break 2 egg and whisk little bit . then add cream and whisk again for a while set aside .  


method

  • place samosa patti over kitchen table and brush it with egg mixture then again put 1 layer of samosa patti over it , and brush egg mixture , then spread  prepared mutton/ beef mixture . over it . again put layer of samosa patti over it . brush egg mixture along with mutton/ beef mixture . repeat the processes till stuffing get over . 

  • after that cover the last layer of samosa wrap and fold it like role. 

  • now gently put this role over the foil paper and cover it . place it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours . 

  • after that unfold the foil paper and cut the chilled roll with sharp kitchen knife . 
  • now heat oil in a pan to deep fry . 
  • take each pieces of roll and first dip it in egg mixture then put it in hot oil . deep fry till it get nice light yellow color . 
  • remove in a platter and serve with any sauce

mutton kebabs nest

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 4  

ingredients :

boneless mutton / beef          500 grams
salt                       1 tsp
white vinegar             1 tbsp
water                           1 cup
ginger garlic paste        1 tbsp
pepper powder             1 tbsp
green chilly paste             1 tbsp
green coriander            2 tbsp
green chilly                    6 finely chopped
onion                             2 tbsp chopped
potato boiled and mashed        1 cup ( about 4 potato )
vermicelli              1  cup 
egg                         1
oil                       to deep fry 



method :

step 1 : in a pressure cooker take 500 grams of mutton / beef  add 1 tsp salt , 1 tbsp white vinegar , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tbsp pepper powder , 1 tbsp green chilly paste , and a cup of water and pressure cook it till the mutton get fully cooked . there must not be water after boiling mutton .



step 2 :  take the mutton pieces in grinder jar and run it make . make it in mince type . then add fresh chopped coriander and mashed potato , chopped green  chilly , chopped onion and mix all . then make egg shape balls out of the mixture .

step 3

: break 1 egg in a small bowl and whisk it .


step 4 : dip each balls in egg mixture then coat it with vermicelli . do it with each balls .


step 5 : deep fry it in oil . and garnish  and serve in fancy platter .

step 6 : serve with lemon slices .

step 7 : this recipe is best to win any cooking competition. any how at place of mutton mince you can use chicken mince too

pipli kebabs (beef mince kebabs )

cooking time : 8 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 6


ingredients :


beef mince            500 grams 
salt to taste 
ginger paste             1 tsp
garlic paste              1 tsp
red chilly powder    1 tsp
white cumin              1 tsp
green chillies           6 
all spice powder        1 tsp
black pepper powder          1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder           1/4 tsp
raw papaya paste               1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaf          1/4 bunch
gram flour                     3 tbsp
long pepper powder                  1/2 tsp 
black cardamom powder       1/4 tsp
clarified butter                            2 tbsp
oil to fry 




method :  

  • in a grinder jar take beef mince , salt , garlic paste , ginger paste , raw papaya paste , cardamom powder , long pepper ,red chilly powder ,green chilly , white cumin , fresh coriander leaf and run it . 

  • after that add clarified butter , all spice powder , pepper powder , cinnamon powder , and again run it . remove it in a bowl . 

  • rub your palm with 1 tsp oil and make fine shapes of kebabs you like .

  • heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry kebabs . turn wisely so that beef get cooked from all sides evenly . 

  • serve with lemon slice and salad leafs.

chicken kebabs



cooking time : 10 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 8 




ingredients :



mutton/ chicken mince              500 grams
paprika                                  1 tbsp
onion                           1 large size finely chopped 
pepper crushed                     1 tsp
salt to taste 
fresh chopped parsley / coriander leaf       1 cup
chicken cubes                                 1
grated garlic                           1 tbsp 
oil to deep fry               about    2  cups   
lemon slice                few to serve with 




method :  

  • in a large mixing bowl take 500 grams of chicken(mutton ) mince crushed garlic , salt , finely chopped onion , pepper powder , fresh parsley , chicken cubes and paprika  mix well . cover the mixture with plastic wrap and put it in fridge for 1 hour . 
  • after that make enough fine balls out of the mixture . 
  • deep fry it oil until golden brown .

Beef empanada

cooking time : 10 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 4






ingredients :
 

oil                      4 tbsp
grated garlic            2 tsp
chopped onion                 1
mutton mince              1 cup ( 400 grams)
chopped potato                1
crushed red chilly          1 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric powder        1 tsp
red chilly                    1 tsp
water                                 1/2 cup
green chilly                         1
green coriander / parsley         1 tbsp

for dough :

refined flour         1 cup
salt                     1/4 tsp
water                  1/2 cup


method :




for dough :
  • in a large mixing bowl take flour ,add salt and 1 tsp butter . add enough water and make dough . knead gently . and set aside . 



for filling and assembling :





  • heat up oil in a pan add grated garlic stir for a while add chopped onion and sauté till light golden add mutton mince salt , turmeric red chilly powder , red chilly crushed , chopped potato , water and cover and cook for 10 minutes . 

  • add fresh chopped coriander , chopped green chillies and stir for a while and close the flame .
  • now knead the dough and cut it into small equal size . roll each and put the prepared filling over it and cover it . make shapes with the help of fork shown in picture  .


  • deep fry it in oil and serve .

3 seasoned kebabs

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
 serve: 5-6


ingredients :

 prawns                    250 grams 
mutton mince               250 gram
chicken mince               250 gram
onion                           3 chopped 
ginger garlic paste             1 tbsp
green chillies                  10-14
salt                                  1 tsp 
paprika                             1 tsp
oregano                            1 tsp
black pepper                    1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup                    1
egg                                  1
fresh green coriander        1 cup (chopped)
oil to fry 

to serve with :
capsicum             1 cup
onion                    1 chopped in cubes 
boiled potato                1 
pepper powder         pinch 

method :  

for kebabs :
  • take prawns , chicken mince , mutton mince ,1 tsp salt ,10 green chillies , ginger garlic pate and chopped onion in a blender jar and run it . remove in a bowl  .

  • break 1 egg , add oregano, black pepper powder , paprika , ketchup , fresh green coriander leaf and mix well. set this mixture in fridge for 30 minutes . 

  • after that rub 1 tsp oil in your palm and make kebabs shape . shallow fry it in oil on both the side . 

  • remove in a platter and set aside . 
vegetables :
  • heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry  boil potato , green capsicum , cube onion and toss all together . add pinch of salt and seasons it with pepper powder  ,
  • add this into fried kebabs and serve .

Mini chapli burger

ingredients :

mutton mince                       1/2 kg 
salt to taste 
pepper crushed                             1 tsp
roasted white cumin crushed         1 tsp
pomegranate seeds crushed              1 tsp
ginger garlic paste                      1 tsp
crushed chilly flakes                 1 tsp
garam masala powder               1 tsp
crushed coriander seeds              1 tsp
wheat flour                       2 tbsp
finely chopped onion               1 
finelt chopped green chilly              4 
finely chopped coriander leaf         2 tbsp
mint leaf                                           10 leaf chopped 
egg                                                       2 
tomato                                                1 finely chopped 
oil                                                        1 cup

others :
salad leaf                              5 
mini burger buns                  10
tamarind sauce                     1 cup
cucumber                            1  sliced 
cheese slice                          5



method :  

to prepare burger kebab :

  • in a blender jar take mutton/beef mince , salt , pepper powder , roasted crushed cumin , roasted crushed coriander , onion , ginger garlic paste , pomegranate seeds , garam masala powder ., wheat flour , crushed chilly flakes , chopped green chillies , mint leaf  and run it .after that take out this mixture in a large mixing bowl.

  • break two eggs in it and mix well .

  • make small kebabs out of the mutton mince .on the middle of the kebab stick 1 piece of tomato and stir fry both the side in pan .

  • remove in a platter and set aside .
  • cut the cheese slices in 4 parts . (or according to shape of your burger bun )

assembling :


  • cut the burger buns and spread tamarind pulp over it . 
  • after that put salad leaf followed by cucumber slice , cheese slice , and then fried  kebabs finely cover it with other slice of bun.
  • bind them together with the help of fancy tooth pick .
  • and enjoy a nice children's party with fancy burger .
note :
you can use ketchup at place of tamarind sauce if you like . procedure will be same as written .so next what will be your favorite finger food . ☺☺

beef seekh kabab ( seekh kebabs )

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :
 mutton/ beef mince                1 kg 
salt to taste 
garam masala powder                        1 tsp
onion                                          1 chopped
coriander powder                 1 tsp
mint leaf                              5 to 7
cumin powder                   1 tsp
clarified butter                 1 tbsp
ginger paste                           1 tsp
coriander chopped                    1/2 cup
green chilly                            7
coal                          as required 

to garnish :
onion ring                    1 cup
tomato slices                1 cup
lemon slices                     4



method :  


  • take mutton/ beef  salt garam masala powder , grated ginger ,chopped onion ,  cumin powder clarified butter , coriander powder , green chilly , mint leaf , and green fresh coriander in a mixture jar and run it . 
  • till all get mix well  with the spices . 
  • place them on iron screwer and BBQ it . 
  • serve hot with lemon and naan . 

precautions :
  • before placing the mince over screwer grease your palms with  so that mutton mince will not stick with your hand . 
  • after placing the screwer over BBQ gently rotate it after each 30 seconds  to avoid burning or till kebabs get cooked evenly from all sides . 
  • do not over cook . it get cooked within 5 minutes after grinding . 
  • if the mutton mince having fats then you no need to add clarified butter

chapli kabab (mutton kebabs)

cooking time : 15 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes









ingredients :

beef mince              1 kg 
tara garam masala                 1 tbsp
chopped onion                    2
chopped grated ginger             1 tbsp
roasted crushed coriander             1 tbsp
red chilly flakes                        1 tbsp
pomegranate seed                        1 tbsp
corn flour                                   1/2 cup
eggs                                           2
chopped coriander leaf              1/2 cup
chopped green chillies             5
oil                                          6 tbsp
salt to taste 

to garnish :
onion slices       1 
lemon                  1 


method :  
  • take all the ingredients in large mixing bowl (not oil) .
  • make fine balls out of the mixture . 
  • stir fry on slow flame till golden color .flip and fry both the side .

  • remove in a platter and serve it with naan .

coriander green beef kebabs


cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes 



ingredients :


beef mince                  1/2 kg 
Ginger garlic paste          1 tbsp
papaya paste                     1 tbsp
red chilly powder             1 tsp
cumin powder                     1 tsp
fresh chopped green onion       1 cup
fresh chopped green coriander leaf       1 cup
green chilly                         3

salt to taste 
oil to fry 
gram flour                            1 tbsp
egg                                       1
sate stick                           12-15 (as required )

to garnish:

lemon slice                 2
mint leaf                   1 bunch fresh 
onion slices                 1 cup 


preparation :
  • soak the sate stick in chilled water for 30 minutes before use
  • heat up a pan and dry roast gram flour on very slow flame continue stir while roasting . remove in a bowl set aside .



method :

  • in a chopped jar take beef mince , papaya paste , salt , green chilly , ginger garlic paste , roasted gram flour , green coriander , green onion ,cumin powder , red chilly powder and run it . add 1 egg in it and again run for 1 more minute so that egg to get mix with the beef mixture .


  • place them over sate stick and deep fry it in oil until it get golden color . 
u can BBQ it as well as bake it in oven

teryaki beef kebabs with rice noodles .


cooking time : 15 to 20 minutes
preparation time : 20 minutes 









ingredients :


boneless beef                     1/2 kg
salt to taste 
green onion                           1  cup
oil                                        2 tbsp
orange juice                       1/2 cup 
Japanese soya sauce          1/2 cup
white vinegar                      2 tbsp
oyster sauce                        4 tbsp
brown sugar                                 2 tbsp
grated garlic                              1 tbsp
lemon juice                             2 tbsp
white pepper powder              1 tsp
sate stick                           8 to 10 


for noodles :

dried rice noodles                 1 packet 
salt                            pinch 
water                             8 cups 
oil                            2 tbsp
lettuces leaf                      to garnish 

preparation :
  1. boil 7 to 8 cups of water . when water starts boiling add died rice noodles . add pinch of salt . cover and cook on slow flame for 6 to 8 minutes . then drain the water .immediately  place the rice noodles in running water . and place it in bowl ,spread 2 tbsp oil over it and set aside .
method :

  • in a sauce pan take 1/2 cup Japanese soya sauce , grated garlic , orange juice , lemon juice , salt , white pepper powder , white vinegar , lemon juice , oyester sauce , brown sugar . cook it on medium slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes . when sauce starts getting thick . close the flame . 
teriyaki beef kebabs :


  • take boneless chopped beef cubes & place them one by one on sate stick . dip then in prepared sauce . 
  • now place them on BBQ. or bake it in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes . 
  • when you place kebabs on BBQ . rotate the sticks occasionally so that beef get cooked from all the sides evenly .
  • brush sauce &oil  over the beef  in between cooking . 
assembling :
  • place boiled rice noodles in a  serving platter . then place cooked or BBQ beef over it . pour left of sauce on the top . and garnish it with green onion . 
  • serve hot .
