method :
for dough :
- in a large mixing bowl take flour ,add salt and 1 tsp butter . add enough water and make dough . knead gently . and set aside .
for filling and assembling :
- heat up oil in a pan add grated garlic stir for a while add chopped onion and sauté till light golden add mutton mince salt , turmeric red chilly powder , red chilly crushed , chopped potato , water and cover and cook for 10 minutes .
- add fresh chopped coriander , chopped green chillies and stir for a while and close the flame .
- now knead the dough and cut it into small equal size . roll each and put the prepared filling over it and cover it . make shapes with the help of fork shown in picture .
- deep fry it in oil and serve .
