curd 1 cup

method :
- in a mixing bowl take curd , salt , lemon juice , sugar , olive oil , and crushed pepper now mix all well . dressing is ready .
- in a serving platter take cabbage , onion chopped , roughly chopped boiled potato and pour the prepared dressing over it .
- in the end add olives . and serve for any meal .or you can use it as diet . peoples who want to loose there weight salad is good for them .
