egg 2 (boiled grated )
mozzarella cheese 300 grams grated
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1/2 cup
fresh garlic paste 2 tbsp
parsley chopped 2 tbsp

cheddar cheese 1 tbsp grated

method :
- with the help of sharp knife cut the chicken breast in book form. shown in picture .
- then with the help of kitchen hemmer or kitchen rolling pin beat the chicken breast evenly .
- place it in a mixing bowl and rub garlic paste , salt , soya sauce , Worcester sauce , and lemon juice over it .and marinate it for 15 minutes .
- after that in a mixing bowl take 2 grated or finely chopped egg , add fresh chopped parsley , and grated mozzarella cheese, season it with salt , white pepper and black pepper . mix well and put it in fridge for 15 minutes .
- after that open the chicken breast and place the egg mixture over it and cover again .shown in picture .
- heat up oil and gently deep fry the chicken on high flame on both the side . gently flip when one side get the golden color ( this process take hardly 5 minutes .
- now place the chicken on a baking tray and spread some cheddar cheese over that and bake it in oven for 8 minutes at 200 degree .
- serve ad starter or use i in family get together or make it for your love once.
