green capsicum 1/2 cup (optional)
fresh parsley 1 tbsp chopped

method :
- in a pan heat up 4 tbsp oil add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute .
- after that add mutton/ beef mince and sauté 1 tsp red chilly powder , 1 tsp fresh chopped green chillies , 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms , 2 tbsp white vinegar , 1/2 tsp chilly flakes 1 tsp brown sugar , and 1 cup chopped capsicum and salt to taste . stir and cover and cook till mince get done fully .
- add water if required .
- in the end add fresh chopped parsley .
assembling :
- take small cabbage and remove its stem gently with the help of knife . then gently remove each layer of it .
- it will look like a mini bowl .
- now serve each cabbage bowl as serving platter and fill it with prepared mutton or beef mince .
- garnish it with green onion leafs and radish slices . serve it with any tortilla /roti/naan.
