method :
- in a pan take 3 to 4 tbsp sesame seeds and stir it on very slow flame until seeds get nice golden color and nice aroma comes out from it . stir continuously so that seeds get roast evenly .
- now put that seeds in mixture jar along with olive oil , salt , and garlic clove . and run it till it get nice paste .
- after that add lemon juice and run again .
- remove in a bowl and use it in making shawarma .
