method :
- in a small bowl take 1 tbsp yeast add warn water and 1/2 tsp sugar mix well then add 2 tbsp milk let it be as it is for 10 minutes .
- in a large mixing bowl take 4 cups of refined flour add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp caster sugar and mix well. now add yeast mixture . and mix again now add 1 cup of milk and knead till it become fine dough .
- cover it with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour till dough become double in size .
- again remove the air by punching . and again knead it . cut the dough with knife as much base you want .make ball shape and leave it as it is for 15 minutes more . it will again get double .
- now in a bowl take 1 tbsp dry flour add 1 tbsp semolina . and mix well .
- now in a foil paper sprinkle mixture of semolina and flour . then put a flour ball over it then gently press it with palm or roll it with rolling pin .
- place all the topping you like . then bake it in oven at 180 degree for 10-15 minutes .
