how to prepare masala milk powder at home


cooking time : 5 minutes
 preparation time : 15 minutes 
 serve: as required 












ingredients : 

almonds              200 grams
pistachio             200 grams
cashew                    200 grams
cardamom powder(green)         1 tsp 
nutmeg powder             1/2 tsp
turmeric powder              1 tsp
saffron strands             1/2 tsp
sugar                              7 tbsp


 method :

  • in a pan dry roasted pistachio , almond , cashew on very slow flame .
  • in a spoon take saffron strands and place it over heat for few seconds then put it in coffee grinder, along with nutmeg,turmeric powder , roasted nuts , sugar , peppercorns, cardamom powder . and run it make fine powder .  
  • put it in a bottle and use it in milk at bed time . 
to prepare masala milk :
  • in pan take 2 cups of milk when it starts boiling add masala powder and cook it for 1 minutes . 
  • pour in a cup and enjoy it at bed time

how to prepare falooda sev at home / blueberry falooda recipe

cooking time : 10-15 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes











ingredients :

corn flour              1 cup
water                  2 cups
chilled water           10 cups
sev machine                    1


method :
  • in a pan take 1 cup corn flour and 2 cups of water and m,ix well until corn flour fully dissolve in water then immediately place it on flame . and continuously stir the mixture till it get Cristal like dough . the dough will be be sticky no worry . rub some oil in palm and roll it and put all in the sev machine . 
  • fit the plates like the shape and size ( thickness )  of you want for your falooda sev . ( shown in the pic )
  • now  take a big ball with too chilled water in it . 
  • now when you start making sev please remember it should be on that chilled water . 
  • your falooda sev is ready . 
  • enjoy it in falooda . 



to prepare blue berry falooda :



chilled milk              1 liter full cream 
rooh afza/ red syrup       2 tbsp
sugar                              3 tbsp
ice cream (vanilla )         6 to 7 scoop 
crushed ice                         1  cup 
falooda sev                    2 cup . 
blueberry cane              1 



  • in a mixture jar blend blueberry sugar  and blend well . 
  • take serving glass put some crushed ice in each glass , then put falooda sev followed by milk rooh afza, blueberry mixture , ice cream and again falooda sev , and serve immediately .

how to remove bitterness of bitter gourd


  hey as we all don't like bitter gourd due to its taste . but its useful and very nutritious vegetable, one should must use it in his/her daily diet to avoid many diseases like diabetes jaundice etc . specially diabetic patient . it purifies blood and make your skin clear , now we have solution for this problem now . 
 peel the bitter gourd or chop it with grater , and put it in a bowl , add 2 tbsp salt . and mix well with your hand . set aside for 30 minutes . then place it in strainer and wash in running water . then use it . you will notice the bitterness of it is too little . enjoy



how ever if you are going to cook it then increase the quantity of onion more . onion will balance its bitterness too . happy cooking .

how to prepare pizza dough/how to prepare best pizza base

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve :as required   

ingredients :

refined flour                4 cups
yeast                            1 tbsp
warm water               3/4 cup
salt                             1 tsp
sugar                        1 tbsp
milk                            1 cup
olive oil                     2 tbsp
semolina                      1 tbsp 
extra refined flour    1 tbsp



method :

  • in a small bowl take 1 tbsp yeast add warn water and 1/2 tsp sugar mix well then add 2 tbsp milk  let it be as it is for 10 minutes . 

  • in a large mixing bowl take 4 cups of refined flour add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp caster sugar and mix well. now add yeast mixture . and mix again now add 1 cup of milk and knead till it become fine dough . 

  • cover it with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour till dough become double in size . 

  • again remove the air by punching . and again knead it . cut the dough with knife as much base you want .make ball shape and leave it as it is for 15 minutes more . it will again get double . 

  • now in a bowl take 1 tbsp dry flour add 1 tbsp semolina . and mix well . 

  • now in a foil paper sprinkle mixture of semolina and flour . then put a  flour ball over it then gently press it with palm or roll it with rolling pin . 

  • place all the topping you like . then bake it in oven at 180 degree for 10-15 minutes .






how to make garlic bread

this home made garlic bread is much better then frozen garlic bread . try it at home so simple recipe . this hardly take 10 minutes to prepare . 







baking time : 5 minutes   
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: as required 



ingredients :

French loaf                   1 
garlic grated             1 tsp
butter                           4 tbsp
salt                            1/4 tsp

pepper crushed           1/4 tsp
thyme                           1/2 tsp
mozzarella                    1 cup grated (according to taste )



method :  
  • with the help of sharp knife cut the French loaf . 

  • in a mixing bowl take butter , salt , pepper , grated garlic , thyme and pepper crushed and mix well . 

  • put 1 tbsp of this mixture over French loaf and flatten it with knife.spread mozzarella cheese it then  bake it in oven at 180 degree for 5 minutes . 

  • serve . 

you can add your extra flavor too according to taste like you can add parsley . and increase quantity of garlic . cheese you can use any you like. Parmesan , cheddar etc

vegetable pickle (sabzi ka achar )

cooking time : 2 minutes
preparation time : 20 minutes  
serve: 10 

ingredients :  

carrot              125 gram 
cauliflower         125 grams
French bean      125 grams
green peas         125 grams 
grated garlic        1 tsp
yellow  mustard seeds    2 tbsp
white cumin             1 tsp
coriander seeds           1 tsp crushed 
onion seeds                 1/4 tsp
fenugreek seeds       1/2 tsp
grated garlic              1 tsp

salt                           1 tsp
chilly flakes          3 tsp
oil                            4 cups 


method :
  • take cauliflower, French beans, and carrot , peel and cut it into small pieces . 
  • now blanch each vegetables separately , and drain the water . 
  • now place all the vegetable in a tray and allow all the water get totally evaporate . (i recommend you to place it below fan over night )
  • heat 1 cup mustard oil or any oil add onion seeds , white cumin , fenugreek seeds ,crushed garlic ,  crushed coriander seeds , chilly flakes and stir for a white . now close the flame . and add vegetables . mix well . 

  • put this in a airtight jar  and pour oil till all the vegetable get dip in oil . 
  • every day put this jar in sun light for 3 to 4 hours . then close it . next day again put it in sun light repeat it for 5 to 7 day . 
  • then use it . you can preserve  it in room temperature and can use it for 2 to 3 months .

peri peri sauce

cooking time : nil
preparation time : 5-10 minutes  
serve: as required











ingredients :

dry red chillies                    15 soaked in water seed removed 
dry button red chillies             12-15
crushed red pepper               2 tbsp
garlic                                  1 tsp
mustard seeds                       1 tbsp
crushed coriander seeds  1 tbsp
oil                                        1/2 cup 
white vinegar                           1/2 cup
lemon salt                            1 tsp
lemon juice                          3 tbsp
onion                                   3 tbsp finely chopped 

method :  
  • soak dry red kashmiri chillies and button red chillies in warm water over night . 
  • put it in blender jar along with  chopped onion , crushed pepper , vinegar , salt , lemon-juice , lemon salt , oil , mustard seed. garlic , and run it till it become fine paste . 
  • put it in jar and use it wen ever required . like making peri peri chicken peri peri rice platter . etc

masala doodh


cooking time : 10 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 3











ingredients :

milk                     1 liter 
sugar / sugar free according to taste 
pistachio ground               2 tbsp
almonds ground                2 tbsp
nutmeg                              1/4 tsp
saffron                                1/4 tsp
green cardamom powder          1/2 tsp


method :  
  • heat up milk in a pan when it starts boiling add sugar / sugar free , nutmeg powder , ground pistachio ,ground and peeled almonds .green cardamom powder ,  and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes more . add saffron. 

  • remove in a serving glass and garnish it with chopped pistachio and saffron strands . 

  • to garnish you blend the milk with blender and and when foam starts forming put the foam over the milk .(optional part ☺☺☺this foam is nothing to do with nutrition of milk that is just for garnishing .)

this is very healthy recipe that give you strength.  you drink this milk at night during winter season . you can try this chilled too with the same ingredients.

hot chocolate mix

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:2  







ingredients :

coca powder               1 cup
sugar                                5 tbsp
salt                      1/4 tsp
boil milk              at the time of serving 
marshmallow              2-10

method :
  • in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup cocoa powder , 5 tbsp sugar , pinch of salt and mix well .put this into a bottle and use it when you like to make hot chocolate . 

  • at the time of serving put 2 tbsp of this mixture in a serving cup and pour hot milk . 

  • garnish it with marshmallows .

turmeric milk (haldi doodh)

cooking time : 6 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 2












ingredients :

turmeric powder                     1 tsp
milk                                    1/2 liter 
jaggery                                 1 tbsp
cinnamon powder                           1/2 tsp
grated ginger                              1 tbsp
water                                  1 cup
saffron                  pinch 



method :  
  • in a  sauce pan take 1 cup of water put grated ginger and turmeric powder when it starts boiling add milk and 1/2 cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes . 

  • add jaggry , cinnamon powder and again cook . 
  • strain it with the help of stainer . and serve immediately .

ginger                      2 inches peeled and chopped 
honey                           1 cup
lemon                           2 chopped seeds removed 

method :
  • peel the ginger and chop it in small pieces . set aside . chop the lemon remove all seeds . and make small pieces .
  • take a bottle put chopped ginger  , chopped lemon in it . 
  • pour the honey in the bottle . and cover it . set this in fridge.
  • take two tbsp at the bad time to beat soar throat .and common cold .
  • enjoy winter .

  • please please do not use this remedy for CHILDREN'S BELOW ONE YEAR of age .
  • do not drink immediately water after that .
  • honey ginger both are natural antiseptic medicine .

Dijon mustard paste

mustard powder                          6 tbsp
raisins paste                                 1 tbsp
white vinegar                              3 tbsp
turmeric powder                        1/4 tsp
salt                                              1/4 tsp
garlic powder                            1 /2 tsp
pepper powder                           1/4 tsp
oil                                           1 tsp
water                                         1/4 cup
                        
method :  
  • in a sauce pan take 1/4 cup of water add 6 tbsp mustard powder ,1 tbsp raisins paste ,1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of salt , 1/4 tsp garlic powder , 1/4 tsp pepper powder, oil mix well . 
  • cook it on slow flame for 10-20 minutes till it get thick . in the end add white vinegar and stir .
  • when it get a boil remove it from flame and use it when ever required . like burger , shawarma, sandwich . etc

ingredients :


powdered milk                250 grams
heavy cream                        250 grams

method :  
  • in a mixing bowl take powder milk and add heavy cream mix well for 1 minute .
  • then place the bowl in microwave for just one minute.
  • remove from microwave and again mix for 1 minute .then again place it in microwave for just one minute . 
  • ready to use for any dessert.

how to boil biryani ka rice (boiled biryani rice )

preparation time : nil 










ingredients :

basmati rice                         1 kg 
salt to taste 
green cardamom                4
bay leaf                             2
oil                                    1 tsp
vinegar                                1 tbsp
water double of rice . 

method :  
  • soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes before use .
  • boil water add soaked rice and green cardamom , salt , bay leaf salt , vinegar oil and boil and cook till  rice get about 80 % cooked . 
  • drain the water from rice . 
  • ready to use .

mace powder                 1 tbsp

grated coconut                 1/2 cup
poppy seeds                       2 tbsp

whole coriander                 1/2 cup
nutmeg                                  1 pieces 
kachri powder /meat tenderize

coriander powder               2 tbsp

method :


  • dry roast cumin , fennel seeds , white cumin , black pepper corn, cloves, green and black cardamom ,coriander seeds  individually . 
  • put it in mixture jar 
  • and along with grated coconut , nutmeg kachri powder , poppy seeds mace powder cinnamon powder . 
  • use it o make katakat .

pizza sauce



cooking time :  10 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 









ingredients :



tomato puree                1 cup 
onion                                1 small size finely chopped 
tomato ketchup               3 tbsp
red chilly flaked                     1 tsp
dried red chillies                        20 ( soaked in hot water for 10 minutes seed remove)
salt                                       1/2 tsp
grated garlic                      1 tsp ( approx  4 to 5 cloves )
oil                                        3 tbsp
sugar                                    1/2 tsp
soya sauce                               1 tsp
white vinegar                                1 tbsp
oregano                                     1 tsp

method :

  1. in mixture jar take soaked  red chillies seeds removed . grind well and make fine paste .
  2. now in a sauce pan heat oil add grated garlic, and chopped onion  and sautĂ© for 30 seconds after that add tomato puree / paste and cook it .
  3. add white vinegar , soya sauce , salt , oregano and ketchup and cook .add prepared chilly paste and cook . till the sauce get thicken . add sugar oregano . 
  4. remove in a bowl and use when ever required to make pizza or any thing else  .

kaleji masala

whole white cumin seeds                     2 tbsp

fried onion

method :


  • dry roast all the ingredients(except fried onion ) separately then grind it together . ready to use 

badam milk / almond milk .

almonds                 12-15 ( soaked in water for 20 minutes )
grated pistachio          1 tsp
grated cashew            1 tsp
sugar                                1 tbsp
saffron strand                pinch . 

method :
  • take soaked almonds peel it and grind in in a mixture jar along with little bit of water .make fine paste .
  • in a sauce pan boil milk, add sugar  . add the almond paste and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes . ass saffron strands and cashew powder and allow it to get a sing boil 
  • remove it in a glass and garnish it with pistachio powder . serve hot .
