method :
- in a pan dry roasted pistachio , almond , cashew on very slow flame .
- in a spoon take saffron strands and place it over heat for few seconds then put it in coffee grinder, along with nutmeg,turmeric powder , roasted nuts , sugar , peppercorns, cardamom powder . and run it make fine powder .
- put it in a bottle and use it in milk at bed time .
to prepare masala milk :
- in pan take 2 cups of milk when it starts boiling add masala powder and cook it for 1 minutes .
- pour in a cup and enjoy it at bed time

onion 1 small size finely chopped
tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
red chilly flaked 1 tsp
dried red chillies 20 ( soaked in hot water for 10 minutes seed remove)

method :
- in mixture jar take soaked red chillies seeds removed . grind well and make fine paste .
- now in a sauce pan heat oil add grated garlic, and chopped onion and sauté for 30 seconds after that add tomato puree / paste and cook it .
- add white vinegar , soya sauce , salt , oregano and ketchup and cook .add prepared chilly paste and cook . till the sauce get thicken . add sugar oregano .
- remove in a bowl and use when ever required to make pizza or any thing else .

bone marrow boiled 2 to 4
basmati rice 1/2 kg ( soaked in water for 15 minutes )

onion 2 to 3 finely chopped
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

curd / yogurt 1 cup

pulao masala 2 tbsp
method :
- in a heavy bottom pan milt ghee/ or oil add finely sliced onion and cook till onion get nice brown color . remove onion and set aside .
- in a pan pan with same butter add bay leafs , cloves and mutton pieces and stir .
- add ginger garlic paste , green chillies and and stir on high flame . add 2 cups of water and cook . till the mutton get cooked . drain the water and place mutton pieces aside in different platter .
- in another pan melt ghee add left of ginger garlic paste , salt , mutton pieces curd and stir on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes . add pulao masala ,
- add prepared mutton stock rice and salt .add boiled bone morrow and when water start boiling cover and cook till rice get done fully .
- remove in a serving platter and sprinkle fried onion. serve hot . with any salad .
