ingredients :
whole coriander 2 tsp
red chilly powder 2 tsp
cumin seed 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
black cardamom 3
green cardamom 2
Tartary 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
caraway seeds 1 tsp
star anise 3
salt 1 tsp
kewra water 1 tsp
mace 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds 2 tsp
grated nutmeg 1/2 tsp
bay leaf 1
method :
- dry roast coriander seed , cumin seeds , fennel seed , star anise , caraway seeds , dry roast all these individually .
- grind all the ingredients in a mixture jar . except bay leaf .after grinding add bay leaf put it in a jar and preserve it in fridge .
- use it whenever required .
